It is with the highest esteem and absolute confidence that we formally recommend and fully endorse Mrs. Tasha Fanada Bullard-Hamilton as the most acceptable, respectable, and familiar candidate to represent Bimini and the Berry Islands at this critical moment in our political journey.
A proud Biminite and a true daughter of the soil, Mrs. Bullard-Hamilton’s life has been defined by service, leadership, and unwavering commitment to people-centered progress. Nurtured by parents who instilled in her a strong work ethic and a deep sense of responsibility, she has never shied away from hard work. Instead, she has consistently risen to every challenge placed before her.
Mrs. Bullard-Hamilton’s distinguished tenure within the Bahamas Public Service Union speaks volumes. Rising through the ranks, she served with integrity and excellence as Branch Chaplain, Shop Steward, and Northern Region Vice President. In each role, she proved herself a leader of substance—grounded, principled, and fiercely committed to advocating for working people. Her union record clearly demonstrates that she is not for special interests, but for the people.
Her leadership experience extends well beyond the union movement. In 2002, Mrs. Bullard-Hamilton served as a Local Government Practitioner, holding the office of Chief Councillor for the Bimini and Cat Cay District for two consecutive terms. Her re-election was not accidental; it was earned through performance, accessibility, and results.
Today, she continues to serve faithfully as Assistant Secretary of Our Lady and St. Stephen Anglican Church, a member of the Vestry, a steadfast PLP stalwart, and a proud recipient of the Distinguished Service Medal (2025). These roles further reflect her moral grounding, her community’s trust, and her lifelong dedication to service.
Most importantly, Mrs. Bullard-Hamilton enjoys broad and genuine grassroots support. Our extensive canvassing throughout the constituency confirms what the people already know: she is trusted, respected, and deeply connected to the electorate. She understands their concerns because she has lived their realities—and she has consistently stood with them.
Based on her proven leadership, her unmatched credibility, and her deep-rooted connection to the constituency, we are confident that Mrs. Bullard-Hamilton has the strength, character, and capability to return the Bimini and Berry Islands seat to the Progressive Liberal Party once given the opportunity.
This is no time for gamesmanship. This is a time for experience, authenticity, and proven leadership.
Mrs. Tasha Fanada Bullard-Hamilton is the strongest, most effective, and most electable choice—now and in the future.
