Baha Mar to Reopen December 17th!

We are thrilled to announce that Baha Mar will be welcoming guests back beginning December 17th!

As we embark on this new beginning, we look to our guests, associates and community with admiration for the strength and hope they have shown this year. We cannot wait to bring our amazing family back together, as we once again create spectacular experiences and unforgettable moments with those who mean the most to us.

The phased reopening will begin with Grand Hyatt, Baha Mar Casino and Sportsbook. Restaurants and lounges will include Carna, Filia, Katsuya, 3 Tides, Stix Noodle Bar, Drift, Starbucks, Jazz Bar, and T2 Bar.

Our Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course Royal Blue, nine court Racquet Club, world-class ESPA spa, and the recently reimagined Explorer’s Club for kids, will be available by reservation. The Current Gallery, plus a selection of our fine retail shops will also be open for guests to explore.

We have implemented robust protocols across Baha Mar. These include our own standards, as well as national health requirements set forth by the government of the islands of The Bahamas.

Bahamas Protocols

For entry, The Bahamian government requires all travelers to complete a negative COVID-19 test at least five days before traveling to The Bahamas, as well as obtain a Bahamas Health Visa.

Staying at Baha Mar

Prior to arrival, guests are encouraged to read Baha Mar’s Commitment to Your Wellbeing, which outlines the extensive protocols we’ve implemented across the resort for your peace of mind.

Upon arrival at the property, Baha Mar will require a rapid antigen test. Prior to check in, guests will be directed to a semi-private setting where they will receive a test conducted by Doctor’s Hospital. Once the test is completed, guests can check-in and await results in the comfort of their room. Results take approximately 30 minutes.
