In a tragic turn of events, local authorities have confirmed the death of a man involved in a shooting incident that occurred on Crepe Myrtle Avenue off Soldier Road on Sunday afternoon. The victim, whose identity has not yet been released, was rushed to a nearby hospital with serious injuries but ultimately succumbed to his wounds.

The shooting took place in broad daylight, stirring significant concern and alarm in the usually quiet neighborhood. Police were called to the scene where they found the victim suffering from gunshot wounds.

At the hospital, despite the best efforts of the medical team, the man’s condition deteriorated rapidly. He tragically passed away shortly after 4pm, according to the official statement from the police.
