The Hon. Mario Bowleg

Repaired Commerce Lane Road.
The Minister of Youth, Sports and Culture, and MP for Garden Hills, The Hon. Mario Bowleg, proves that he is the right man for the job as he addressed vexing pothole concerns for residents of The Blue Hill Heights community.
Minister Bowleg temporarily ease tensions within the subdivision just days before his swearing-in as a Member of Parliament.
The Blue Hill Heights Subdivision was considered an FNM stronghold and Former Cabinet Minister Brensil Rolle’s favorite ‘go-to spot’ within the Garden Hills constituency.

The Former Garden Hills MP Brensil Rolle was unceremoniously axed from his Party’s nomination ticket and was forced to announce his retirement from frontline politics in parliament on March 4th, 2021.
That decision sealed the deal for the FNM demised in the subdivision. Former Minister Brensil Rolle lost all motivation to deliver on crucial promises and render vital assistance to his successor, Mr. Stephen Greenslade.
One significant promise that was neglected was fixing Commerce Lane, the only road conveniently linking motorists East off Tonique Williams-Darling Highway around-about (by Eagle Electric) directly to Premiers Avenue.
The vexing Commerce Lane potholes and flooding issues plagued the community for years.
It has also caused many residents of the Blue Hill Heights & Pride Estates thousands of dollars in car damages as it was challenging to navigate, especially during heavy rains.
