In an unexpected turn of events, The Bahamas Herald has learned that Pizza Hut has closed all three of its Nassau locations. This abrupt closure came as a surprise to both the restaurant’s staff and its loyal customers.
The Myers Group operates the Pizza Hut franchise in the area. The closure news first emerged on social media, where customers expressed their astonishment. They reported being informed by restaurant staff about the immediate shutdown of the Pizza Hut outlets.
The Myers Group, established in 1992 by the late hotelier and businessman George Myers, who passed away in February 2023, also holds the Bahamian franchises for Burger King, Dunkin’ Donuts, and Kentucky, in addition to Pizza Hut.
As this story unfolds, more details are expected to come to light. Stay tuned for further updates on this developing situation.
